Big BBQ

16hr slow cooked Brisket,smoked chicken,potato salad,baked beans and Texas toast with pickles and bbq sauce

Southern Bbq

 Bbq chicken, smoked pork butt, Mac and cheese, baked beans, Cole slaw, Texas toast

Asian buffet

Choose 2 :orange chicken, chicken egg foo young, Teriyaki chicken, Spicy beef, or beef and broccoli

comes with fried rice or pad Thai rice noodles

mini egg rolls and pot stickers.

Island buffet

Curry chicken, jerked chicken, rice and peas, cabbage, sweet plantains and rolls.

Fish fry

Fried lemon flavored or Cajun cat fish,  house made jalapeno corn fritters, cheese grits, Cole slaw, sliced bread, tartar sauce, and hot sauce.

Tex mex

Enchiladas, chicken and steak fajitas with peppers, Spanish rice, charro  beans and flour tortillas. shredded cheese, Pico, sour cream, and (guacamole $.50 extra per person)
